Can't put it off any longer

My friend Lisa and I agreed it was time to stop being Grinchy and let the kids put the trees up this weekend. I love a good tree almost as much as... my dogs who think it's an indoor toilet, my kid who likes to decorate it in a blindingly garish manner and the guy I end up paying exorbitant amounts to cart it away. Ha Ha Ba Hum Bug. So I have been looking for some alternatives and am loving the idea of filling up vases etc with baubles. I am also very taken with the bright colour scheme which I think is better suited to our summer Xmas.
