Ingredients:
2 c Portobello mushrooms (sliced) or button
(cut in half)
1/2 -c of cream
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
Tbsp butter
Toast
1/2 -c of cream

Optional Extras:
Spinach
Crispy bacon.
Method:
Melt butter in a frying pan on medium-high
heat. Add garlic and mushrooms, and saute for about two minutes. Add cream and
reduce until thick. Serve on toasted ciabatta. Eat then go back to bed.
